Great place to stay for a week long getaway with our pup! Loved hanging out on the deck, going to the beach, and checking out the nature nearby. Great place to stay during birding season.

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary at Sarah’s cottage. The cottage was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was the highlight for us just wanting to relax for the weekend. It was very private as there were no neighbours there at the beginning of May. I imagine it’s more busy come summer time with less privacy. Sarah was very quick to respond to any questions.

Sarah is a wonderful host of a gem accommodation. Communication is great and instructions are well laid out. They place is clean, cozy and has a full kitchen, living room and dining. The location is quiet and still close to areas of interest (8min to turkey point beach). We have been to this airbnb multiple times (3rd this year) and it just keeps getting better (most recently a new BBQ grill). Highly recommended. Oh and the hot tub is the cherry on top!

Sarah's cottage is very unique with 2 ceiling to floor windows in the kitchen, 2 sky lights in the living room and 1 sky light above the shower and more windows in the kitchen and living room. There is a very beautiful view of Lake Erie from the living room and from the large deck. The hot tub on the deck has strong jets which give you a great massage. The cottage has wooden floors (not laminate) which my 2 small dogs were very happy about, because laminate is slippery for doggy paws whereas wood is just fine. The dining room table has a really good size for 4 people, even 6 could sit very comfortably. The neighborhood was very quiet. The cottage is at the end of a no exit road. Therefore there was no car traffic at all. We hiked every day. There are great hiking trails just minutes away from the cottage. When we contacted Sarah because we had a question, she answered straight away. Our 5 days stay was very peaceful & relaxing. We slept very well. We felt at home.

Had such a wonderful couple days at Sarahs’s. Wonderful location, super comfortable and accommodating. Quick trip to port dover, so much fun!
