We had such a great time exploring the shores of Lake Huron. The view from this property is beautiful and the sunsets were breathtaking. Our host, Dylan, was very kind and always willing to answer our questions in a timely manner. The lines of communication were always open and respectful. We went for dinner at the 46 North restaurant in little current the first night. It is approximately 45 minutes to an hour to get there from the property but it was one of the only restaurants open at this time of year. They have a large menu and they have many substitutions for people who are gluten free. The only negative about the restaurant was that it took our food a while to come out. We also did the Misery Bay 5k hike in the Misery Bay Provincial Park. It was a pretty easy, flat hike, perfect for beginners. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the island!

The place was pretty decent, no complaints, private beach. Dylan was very helpful and explained everything about the place.

Great place in a beautiful location. Loved the private beach, fire pit and outdoor space. It’s great to see a place with more than enough crockery and cutlery so you aren’t washing up after every meal. Would love to come back

Went with some family for a long weekend getaway to the island and had a wonderful time! Dylan’s place was great for a larger group, lots of sleeping space and kitchen supplies. It’s right on a beautiful, peaceful waterfront area in East Manitoulin and the kayaks, fire pit, awesome deck and BBQ and other things provided make the property a destination in itself you don’t need to go anywhere because you have the beauty of the island right out front of your door. Would go back again for sure!
