房东沟通顺畅，位置有些偏。

Resty foi extremamente proativa, educada e acessível. O apartamento possui todos os utensílios necessarios e é bem aconchegante. Unica coisa que me incomodou foi o barulho que vinha de fora doa apartamento durante a noite, acredito que era uma questão do bairro e da cidade. No demais, tive uma excelente estadia! All went well. Resty was very responsive in trying to meet my needs. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had lots of clean towels and supplies. We were there in late January and early February so we had some cold nights. The one existing radiator did not provide heat regularly so we had to rely on electric heaters. A couple of nights were a bit chilly and another heater would have helped. But that was 2 nights out of 30 nights. Over all the apartment was excellent!

Great place to stay - exactly as described in listing. Resty was also a helpful communicative host. Very convenient location for public transportation as well

The hosts were fantastic and super responsive to any messages I sent. They also followed up to make sure I was happy. The apartment itself was great. Clean and tidy and really well kitted out. They made great use of the space they have and I was actually quite impressed with how many utensils/wine glasses/pots and pans there were. The apartment has a code for us to get in the front foyer and also for the front door which was really convenient as it meant we didn’t have to carry keys. The only slight downside was the area felt a little bit too “edgy”. The subway was only a short walk but it was a bit of a trek into downtown. We found a couple of great local restaurants that were only a short walk away. In all, we were happy.
