The renter is an amazing person and I hate I couldn't live here for the rest of my life!! The house is so clean and cozy, all of our friends and guests enjoyed our 3 nights~ Really don't wanna leave!!

We stayed with Marlon for a work trip and it was a very nice spot to stay. He was responsive and helpful. The location was great with a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and fun right near by.

Excellent property just as the host Marlon, can't be better happy for him to host in one of his properties, very clean, simple and friendly to work with and the property does not need anything to say it has everything you will need it make you feel like home, full kitchen with full utensils and accessories, all furnished, all the rooms with TV each one also living and entrance room has a TV, very modern in every aspect as well towels, laundry and much more things to say.. I been staying in too many Airbnbs around the world and I can say this is one of the best as well as the host definitely if you are looking around the area this is your place to stay for sure we stay almost a month with him my family and I. Thanks
