Point positif : emplacement (près de Central Parc et du métro) Point négatif : -pas d’eau chaude pendant 4 jours - peu de vaisselle , 4 chaises pour 6 - les 4 matelas tous très tachés ( ils ne doivent jamais être proposés à la location) -Aucune explications des problèmes de la part des responsables

The property is as advertised. However, the host has a camera on the front door and watched and counted how many people entered the property and falsely accused me (during my stay) of having more guests than were allowed sleeping over. They tried to charge me extra even though I was in accordance with all policies, and did not respond to the questions or clarifications I asked. I spent an hour on the phone with AirBnB clearing it up. Overall, I had a frustrating experience.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, the apartment is very comfortable for 5 adults. Deniz provided us with clear instructions and responded me quickly, we even could leave our suitcases after the check-out time - very appreciated! The neighbourhood is calm and nice and we loved it is very close to the Central park. The only issue was that in one of the bathrooms there was something stuck in the bath, so we could not use it. Overall, it was very pleasant stay, thanks a lot!

Muy lindo departamento, cómodo para 7 personas, buena ubicación cerca de estaciones de subte y supermercados. El check-in es sin personas, se usa un código para ingresar al edificio y otro para obtener la llave. El check-out también es muy simple y sin personas.
