8 adults 9 kids and still PLENTY of room! The Avant Stay team was absolutely perfect, answering any and every question and helping us troubleshoot things here and there quickly, it was like they were on the property with us. The place really does have everything you could think of, particularly for family gatherings or a multi generational group. The pool was perfect and the ability to play tennis 24 hours a day in that emporium (what we called it lol) was amazing. I could go on and on. Previous reviews about mobile phone service and Wi-Fi are certainly true at times, probably because of the high winds (at least that’s what we figured) because they do have routers everywhere. .. but we were actually happy to not pay attention to our devices. We drove off the property already trying to figure out when we could all make it back.

The property was incredible and expansive! It was amazing to have such a large group there and still had so much space.

We had a great stay in Bermuda Dunes. We had a large family group trip with 10 adults, 4 kids, 3 toddlers, and one dog. We fit in the house easily and never felt crammed. The pool area and lawn area were lovely and quite expansive. Its also fully fenced in which is great for pets and kids. The indoor tennis warehouse at the back of the property is a gem. Great courts and even decent racket and balls provided. The kitchen was larger than what we were expecting from the pics and nicely situated between the outdoor deck area and the rest of the house. There is also a large beverage fridge outside that was very helpful with our large group. A lot of bedrooms and bathrooms and each one is fully appointed with extra sheets, pillows, towels, etc. The internet was a little spotty at times but nothing that was too much of a problem for us vacationing. However, if we were trying to work from the house or take zoom calls that might have been tough. Lovely stay and we will be back!

Great property! The grounds and the room count/ bathrooms were perfect for our group. Hosts were delightful and easy to get a hold of. They were also very quick to get service people to the property for some minor issues. It was very expensive and it did look like we paid more than double the nightly rate due to booking in advance. If you can book last minute, I would do so.

The place was nice. 3 out of the 4 nights we were there the next door neighbor was doing some sort of construction and we could hear the bobcat until 7 pm the first 2 nights. We contacted the management and they communicated with the neighbor but it made a little bit of difference. The management credited back $550 which was nice but we would have rather have a quiet stay!! Backyard was beautiful, indoor tennis was awesome and was perfect for 18 of us, since it had 8 bedrooms. Nice house overall but make sure to check about constructions around the property before you book.
