Staying with Avant is like renting a house with a luxury hotel staff taking care of you. They tried to help with everything. This property is private, very luxurious, and in a neighborhood that is just luxury short term rentals—which was nice because we didn’t have to worry about disturbing permanent residential neighbors. Exceptional experience, worth every penny.
Had a weekend with friends at this space and it was maybe a little too big for our group. Other than that, everything was as advertised. Loved that they had such a large lawn for the kids activities. Perfect if you have a large family and use it for a reunion out in the desert. A heated pool would have been nice, but given how expensive electricity is out there, its understandable why it wasn’t. Would rent out the space again if I need a large space like this. Thanks for having us!
