To that effect, we provide: - Heater, electric blanket, Wi-Fi, generator - Washing machine, clothes dryer, fire extinguisher - Iron, torch, medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire, barbecue kit, bar, fireplace - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars. This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 spacious bedrooms - 2 in the cottage and 3 in the villa. - All bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, electric blankets, extra mattresses, heaters, Wi-Fi, TV, and wardrobes. - Two of the bedrooms located in the villa have attached balconies, while two of the bedrooms in the cottage have a common sit-out overlooking the stunning valley. - All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS - There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room on the ground floor of the villa. - All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are two chic living rooms, each on the ground floor of the villa and cottage. - The living room in the cottage is in form of a small coffee & tea area and can accommodate up to 6 people. - Whereas, the living room in the villa with its lounge-style setting can accommodate up to 10 people. It also features a CCTV camera for security purposes. - The living room also features a sunroom which can accommodate up to 4 people. - Both living rooms have Wi-Fi access. - Both living rooms do not have an AC or TV. However, the living room in the villa is equipped with a heater and a fireplace. - The dining area is a component of the living room in the villa. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. - The exteriors of the villa feature a verdant 3000 sq.ft lawn where guests can indulge in playful outdoor activities. - The verandah can accommodate up to 14 people. KITCHENS - This property features two kitchens - one in the villa & one in the cottage respectively. - The kitchen in the cottage is more of a sit-out pantry. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen premises - The kitchens offer a microwave, refrigerator, and purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are provided in both kitchens. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost per person. - Guests are requested to adhere to meal timings. - Consumption of non-veg food is allowed.
