The property dates back over a few centuries and is a historic landmark in itself. Hidden amidst sprawling apple and pear orchards, it is the original home of the descendants of Capt A.T.Banon who introduced apple and pears to the kullu valley . John Banon was the first to build a guest house in the region and welcome people into his home and heart. Over the ages we have had the privilege to house some of the world’s top mountaineers, trekkers, heli-skiers, photographers, wildlife enthusiasts, Indian celebrities and renowned international personalities. Today our boutique hotel stands newly renovated with state of the art amenities, while still retaining its original character and old world charm. With our experience in over a hundred years of hospitality, we know the key to a perfect escape is the combination of luxury, comfort and most importantly privacy. We understand that no two person’s needs are alike, and pride ourselves in our customization, service and personalization.
