I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOST OR THE RENTAL PROPERTY. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Most of their beds were either uncomfortable or have no cushion. They have provided one room with a sofa bed conversion for the main bed instead of normal bed, Most of us couldn't get a good sleep during the stay. Also, master bed was tooooo soft and it's either the bed was too old or very poor quality. We paid lots of money for this trip and their rental house was the worst decision we've made. CHECK IN was at 5:00PM and up in the mountains during winter time 5:00pm is very dark. They told us that they will help us for early check in if there is no one in the house, we arrived 2 hours early and waited in the parking lot and no one was home and would let us in. CHECK OUT was at 10:00AM. which was bit too early for what I am being charged for this place. Cleaning Fee was way over charged for what they do. They say they will work with you on early check in but they never will. Please don't fall for it

We’ve rented many condos and homes in Mammoth and this was one of the best.

A true gem in the mountains. Luxurious rental with plenty of room for a large family and everything you would need to feel at home. The location was great, just a short drive from scenic hikes and skiing. Highly recommend!

This was our second time in this unit and we would return again. Great location with a beautiful view, comfortable/clean/quiet/safe, good hosts.
