When we first got there, you couldn’t get inside. The key pad was broken. I called Souther vacation rentals and told them the issue. I spoke with Janelle and she was not the friendliest person and was very discriminating to me as a woman. She suggested to have a “man” try to open the door as none of the codes for me were working then refused to talk to me until a man was on the phone. The maintenance fella came out and was super friendly and replaced the lock for us, as it was broken, and gave us keys. He did say the guy was supposed to come out next day to program the lock, we waiting 4 hours after the time the guy was supposed to be there and he never came. All in all it was a great location, the owner of the house does need to do some updating. Stay was not bad at all. Quiet neighborhood, good location, and quick and timely responses from southern vacation rentals.

There were a couple positives: great location and was accommodating to our big group. On the other hand; the garage door was broke & you had to manually lift/close it, the blinds were broken in several rooms, the wifi nor ice maker worked, the only tv that could’ve possibly worked was the living room tv (but again NO wifi or cable), nobody from maintenance/the company ever came back after the first full day, several mattresses had sinks in the middle & caused backaches throughout the trip, the code for the door took multiple tries to finally get back in. There was also mold and mildew inside and outside the house. The pictures on the listing do not match what we saw, and was definitely not worth the money we spent. Overall would NOT suggest this house unless you want to be highly disappointed!!

The house was exactly as pictured in the photos & location was very resourceful! However, my family & I traveled 7hrs for vacation to encounter absolutely no WiFi or television during our entire 3-4 day stay! There was a filthy mop, no broom (until one was brought), & bbq grill was not useful due to extreme filth. Towels were very tainted & family had to purchase towels at the nearest Dollar General. Upon arrival, check-in was a bit difficult due to code not working…but was resolved after speaking with cstmr service. When accessing the beach, of course there is lots of sand…washer machine was not properly working. Clothes were left soiled due to no rinse/spin cycle! Cstmr service was contacted from day one & one tech was sent out to check the internet & stated that the bill may not have been paid! My family & I rented this home for over $2,200 & it was not what we expected! However, the beds were extremely soft & location was In proximity to everything we wanted to do! Needs improvem
