This home had plenty of space. My family of 15 enjoyed their stay with beds to spare. The pool was enjoyed the most and the convenience to the beach was a plus. We utilize the golf cart to take things we needed to the beach. Wish we would have brought our pot and pan set like we usually do because their needs to be upgraded. The house is very open, it could use more blinds we didn't have any problems while we were there so we didn't have to contact the host.The departure time is a little early usually it's 10 but this host time is 9 but since we agree to it when booking we can't complain. They did notify us a phone was left and offer to send it to us which was nice. The house had a few minor things that need to be repkace/done. All in all we enjoy the house, it has everything you need to enjoy your vacation at the beach. We would come again.

we were a group of 18, celebrating thanksgiving week together and rented "Come Together" 3473 Scenic Highway 98. the pictures looked amazing and we could not wait to settle in for the week. ** it all started the moment we pulled up to the home and we're unable to get in house with door codes provided. it was reset i don't know how many times and finally got in. upon arriving, we noticed that the main door which is all glass, was full of fingerprints, we thought maybe the cleaning crew had just forgotten to wipe it down upon leaving. well that was just the beginning. as soon as we walked in, we knew that house had not had a "complete covid cleaning" as they are advertising on their website. walls were dirty, kitchen counter had food smears on it, refrigerator door handles had dried on food on them. We bring clorox spray, lysol wipes and lysol spray every where we go, so we immediately started wiping down counters, dining table, door handles, toilets. the floors were FILTHY!! We had to run to publix to buy our own mop bc the mop they had there was gross and the vacuum did not work! it would spit out all the dirt, we cleaned the filter and it still didn't work properly!! the toilet from master bedroom had pee stains on the seat!! We called and they offered to send someone to clean and stated that the house had been empty for weeks! they charge an $800 cleaning fee! There was no reason for us to even call and tell them the house was dirty when someone had already checked the house prior to our arrival. We decided to start putting dishes in dishwasher to sanitize them before we used them only to find out that the dishwasher was broken and had a pool of water inside -- it smelled rotten and like old water!!! now let's talk about the ROACH problem!!!! roaches everywhere! they sent out an exterminator who claimed he had last been there in september! then we realize the pool was freezing, i understand that we have to pay extra for the heater, but they wanted to charge us $500 for the week! are you kidding me! after much research of other rental companies in the area, they charge $25 per day for pool heater! this company is a rip off and we are extremely disappointed with the condition that that home was in, we will NEVER EVER rent from this business again! The only good thing about this place is location, across from beach and great restaurants. This house has so much potential. The southern team did try to help us every time something came up, but there were several problems that shouldn’t even have come up with the amount of money we paid for our stay.
