Awesome location, a couple blocks off Grand Ave., and just a few minutes from the front door until your feet are in the sand. Surprisingly spacious, open and bright. The pix of the front of the house make it look small. It's not.
Everything was provided, right down to the laundry pods and dryer sheets!
I loved the stay. The home was adorable and well worth the price. The management company does not respond via airbnb platform and expects you to call, even after hours, so my issues were not resolved during my stay, and the error was placed on me and how I communicated incorrectly via the platform I rented it on. My message was read, then ignored for the duration of my stay. I am thankful that having a Master Bedroom TV not working and no wine bottle opener in the house was not catastrophic. lol. :) There was a tenant in the small back studio during the stay, a lovely person, but she was not mentioned on the listing, so be aware that there is a small home right behind this one that can be occupied, and then the driveway and parking area are shared. Overall, a good stay, but management needs to step up, respond to guests, and do more frequent walk-throughs so they know when items are missing or not working.

The location was good There is NO closet in the guest bedroom. Forced us to live out of our suitcase Busted light in the guest room- NO light Only 1 nightstand(file cabinet) in the guest room. Guest room bed –NOT comfy NO dishwasher but there were pods? Doesn’t feel like a vacation if we still need to wash dishes TV limited to only watching Netflix. TV remote wasn’t working well Toilet paper holder is installed right up to the toilet. We had to take it off Kitchen items like utensils are flimsy and cheap No hair conditioner, only 1 paper towel provided. Little extras go a long way No blackout curtains in any of the rooms Should consider doing a self-check in. Office was a 10-min drive SLOW wi-fi Didn’t feel like home but instead felt more like a hotel. Maybe if the owners managed it, might have had that special Airbnb touch. I’ll never forget our last Airbnb.All we had to do when we checked out is lock the door.Owner said they want their guests to have a real vacay exp
