Such a nice stay here even if it was for two nights!! Payam’s space feels so at home, I literally didn’t want to leave. Nice neighborhood in Toronto, quiet and peaceful. Your stay here is even better as you have a private view of the backyard through the living room!! I’d have to say this was my favorite Airbnb in Canada so far. Definitely unlike other airbnbs, this is sooooo homey and cozy. Payam was very responsive and helpful. And golly-gee, this is also one of the best beds I’ve ever had!! I slept so good. No complaints, great stay. Would love to stay here again!! Merci

This walk-out basement apartment was exactly what I expected from the photos. The living-dining area is nicely lit through the slider window. We were fine with this natural light during the day. It’s a quiet place, plus close to restaurants and shopping. It was just what I wanted for my stay.

Thank you Payam for being a great host. I enjoyed my 2 weeks at your place. It was clean and I felt right at home. I was so comfortable and at home that I wanted to extend my stay, unfortunately Payam had another booking. I would recommend this home for your next visit.

I spent one week in Payam’s apartment. It is located in a residential area and it is close to several parks. It was quiet and clean. Although it is a basement, it is located at the garden level so that there is a lot of natural light coming into the living room. You can take the bus at the corner of the street (not far away) or use your own car to go the grocery stores (a bit far by foot but close by car or bus). The apartment is a bit small but it has everything you should need. Besides, Payam was very nice. I recommend her accommodation.
