Andrew was an incredible property manager/host. There were definitely essential things missing and he got them there RAPIDLY. The inside of this home is really really really nice. Nice surfaces, great floors, cool showers .. but the furniture is in need of replacement and the outside patio umbrellas are on their last leg. Also, the master bed is very soft (if you have a bad back) and the bedroom in the back is right near the outdoor AC units and it is very loud at night. All the appliances are very nice and new. Plenty of towels - bath and outdoor - pool is beautiful. The sliding doors are hard to lock and why there are no screens is a mystery to me. The No-See-Ums will eat you alive. Overall, I'd say that Andrew was an extremely large reason we were made welcome and happy.

We had the most amazing vacation at this home we could have ever imagined! It was so clean and beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and safe, we even walked at midnight for our workouts! This house is even better than the pictures and we can't wait to come back every year! thank you so much for making our family trip the best forever memories 💗
