James was wonderful and we really enjoyed the cottage. A little tired in places, hot tub a little cold on the first evening and the fire pit room needs a good clean out but the potential is huge and the space of the cottage is incredible. It was expensive so would have been good to have little things like bin bags for the end of the trip and extra loo roll but just minor things. Also had a great message on check out day not to rush the 10am check out which was hugely appreciated after a few drinks! Was perfect to catch up with friends from around the country, huge thanks James.

Lovely weekend with friends, cooked two big meals, kitchen was well equiped, range cooker was brilliant. Hot tub warm and very clean. Beds comfortable, linen and towels clean and fresh. Lovely showers. Easy parking, great host. Good walks right from the door. Would definitely stay again, thank you James!!
