I can’t say enough about Chris’ beautiful place. It was just what we needed. An absolutely beautiful and modern stay with all the amenities our entire family loved. I actually had a few business meetings online before the wedding we had to go to and Chris’ place served as a stunning background. We even received compliments from a few colleagues. Will definitely be returning when we have to swing back this way. Incredible communication, even though we arrived late he still responded. So kind. Thanks Chris for an amazing stay!

Chris’ tone from the time we spoke by phone was not welcoming. We responded an hour before we arrived to confirm our time which was 2:30pm. Check in is at 4pm but we were ok with waiting if needed. When we arrived we waited for his colleague to meet us in the lobby who immediately told us not to speak to the building staff (against the rules). When we finally got to the unit, a man, woman, and two young children were still trying to clean. We walked around and checked all rooms to find a broken sofa stuffed in the closet of one of the bedrooms. There were multiple scuff marks on the walls throughout the unit. I contacted Chris by phone to express my concerns to which he said “if you don’t want to stay we will refund you.” His tone did not sound like he cared. Then later offered $50 off. While the building has great amenities the unit is in need of maintenance and should not have been rented for what we paid! I would not recommend this host and be compensated for fees for this booking.

Lovely flat, very comfy beds. Clean and spacious. Amazing additional facilities- gym/ pools/table tennis/bbqs/on site barista. Very safe and secure. Restaurants and good coffee shops within walking distance. Host was very helpful and communicative. Already planning on using again in the future. Thanks for a great visit to Charlotte!

Our stay was amazing.We liked the apartment we stayed at ..Felt welcome. Pretty much everything was easy access and peaceful area.
