INCREDIBLE place, new construction finished with the finest. Private heated pool with deck, ultra modern living room with fireplace. Dining table that is game table (pool / pingpong) as well. Breathtaking rooftop that has view of the city, pergola, modern seating, outdoor kitchen, outdoor sleeping pod, chandelier, moroccan fountain. Minutes from the heart of the city. Two e-scooters and bicycles to enjoy.

The place was as described! Perfect space for 10 girls for a girls weekend. The location was also a plus- a quick drive to restaurants and groceries. One negative was that the rooftop furniture didn’t seem to be cleaned prior to arrival. A quick power wash and it would’ve been a more livable space for us. Ranin was pretty responsive throughout the process. Would recommend!
My group's stay was good. We liked all the bathrooms, the house was spacious, and Ranin was generally quick to respond. A few items were disappointing, however- the outdoor TV was broken and we were not made aware of this prior to our trip. The pool wasn't in great shape due to the heavy pollen season, but we managed to clean it up before using.
Clean and stylish. We had a great time at Ranin’s place. A great hangout spot, a short ride away from all Charlotte has to offer.

Placed was amazing! Rooftop was the best part of it all with its beautiful view. 10/10 would come back again

The neighbors appreciate their privacy and their quite , serene evenings so we ask you to please respect that. Any disturbing behavior such as loud music or excessive number of cars parked on their property line will be reported immediately to me and I will ask the guests to leave the premises immediately if enough evidence was provided by the neighbours. I want you to enjoy your stay and experience, but I also want to maintain my neighbors peace of mind :) All your cooperation is highly appreciated .
