Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Gated community with pool overlooking Lake Michigan, beach chairs and access, tennis and basketball court. 3 bedrooms plus top floor with King bed, 2 twin beds and large, comfy L shaped couch. nice TV. Not your typical rental as it’s primarily a second home and rarely rented. Bikes and pool toys in garage. Paddle boards, basketball hoop, life jackets etc. we’re happy to share

Lovely gated community. Friendly neighbors and overall positive vibe. There are association rules to follow such as no food or glass at the pool, and other simple rules to make the community work well.

We have 2 outdoor spaces right outside home. There is extra guest parking in the complex with a short walk back to the house.
