The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, water filter, and hot water kettle along with ample dishes, cutlery, and all the gadgets you may need for cooking. There is dining seating for 10-12 with additional seating on the trellised deck overlooking Lake Michigan. Home has a dedicated workspace & fast wifi. The living room offers a large seating area for all of you read, relax and enjoy great conversation. The fireplace features a display of battery-operated candles for ambiance. The main floor includes a bathroom with a low curb tiled shower. Upstairs you will find 3 cozy bedrooms. One is extra large and includes two queen beds. Toddler bed, pack-n-play, high chair are available. The lower level will soon be remodeled to include a 3 in 1 dining/billiard/ping pong table and a comfortable sectional and 65" smart television (no cable available). Play from a number of games provided at the large dining table. Also, on the lower level, you'll find a comfortable bedroom suite with 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The washer and dryer is located behind closed doors on this level. Toddler bed, high chair, pack-n-play and beach gear are available in hall closet upstairs. The beach may be accessed by aluminum stairs that we plan to install in late spring, 2024. A propane grill is available.
