House location was ideal, quick walk to Commercial St. The outdoor private patio area was great and added bonus. The renovated bathrooms are beautiful and spa like. The beds are very comfortable and linens high end. Matthew is a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating.

Great location and plenty of space for our 7-person group. Interior of the home is dated, owing largely to the age of the property in the historic part of Ptown, but bathrooms were fully renovated and beds were extremely comfortable.

We felt right at home in Matthew’s beautifully up-kept and modernized 200 year old house! Plenty of room for 2 families with 3 small children! Everything in the house was helpfully and cheekily labeled, it was easy to find everything we needed! The showers were luxurious and lovely (fair warning to parents, no tubs! But inflatable kiddie pools from the hardware store down the road were a quick and easy solution)! Matthew was quick to run to our aid when we thought the heat stopped working, and completely understanding when it turned out one of the kids flipped the furnace switch off (whoops)! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to ptown!

The property exceeded our expectations with its ample beds and bathrooms, making it perfect for our group of 8. We couldn't have been happier with its convenient location, making it an easy to walk into town. The check-in process was a seamless, and Matthew's responsiveness and friendliness made our stay even more welcoming. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning for another stay!
