LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: - Minutes away from an array of restaurants, shops and activities. - 1 block to the infamous Commercial Street to stroll down - 1 minute walk to the town gym, Muscle Beach, can buy daily, weekly, or monthly passes, or punch card of 10 visits - 1 minute walk to the popular Liz's Café - 5 minute walk to the Boat Slip where the iconic Tea Dance is held daily during high season - 8 minute walk to Spritus pizza for late night pizza or daytime pizza - 10 minute walk to Crown and Anchor, the heart of a lot of entertainment - 10 minute walk to the iconic Pilgrim monument - 1 block from Ptown Bikes where you can rent bikes for the day or week - 15 minute walk or short cab ride from the boat pier (cabs routinely line up when ferries dock) BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms are located upstairs. The front bedroom has a queen bed; center bedroom has two twin beds and a work area with desk, chair, monitor, and printer; the back bedroom has a queen bed. Front and back bedrooms have window unit AC which are installed at the end of May. Heat is throughout controlled by the thermostat in the center bedroom. Bedrooms do not have overhead lighting, but a lamp is in each room. BATHROOMS: There are two fully renovated bathrooms. The main bathroom is downstairs off the kitchen and back staircase, which features a double vanity and tiled shower. Upstairs is the second bathroom off the center bedroom and back hallway. DOG-FRIENDLY: Your pets are part of your family. We allow up to two dogs under 40 pounds each, so feel free to bring your dogs along. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your dog along with you. Please pick up after your pet so the next guests can enjoy their time! OUTSIDE SPACE: There is a covered front porch with two chairs, an excellent place for morning coffee or an afternoon drink. An exclusive use patio is on the side of the home with a table and chairs to enjoy an outdoor lunch and a couple lounge chairs. PARKING: We have two free “compact” parking spots. It is immediately to the right of the home. Please ensure you leave space on the very right side of the parking pad for the neighbor who lives there full time and has the third spot. Spots likely won’t fit large trucks or large SUVs as they may hang out the back end of the parking pad.
