Michael’s place has everything you need to feel at home in Ptown. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Commercial Street with restaurants, bars, and shops is a block away, but the neighborhood isn’t loud. You can see the bay from the living room and the west-facing bedroom. Michael was very attentive (sent check-in/parking info via text in addition to the app, made sure we got in and settled, inquired if we needed anything…etc.) but not intrusive. My girlfriends and I had a fantastic time and would definitely come back.

Our family needed a few days away from everything, and the cottage was exactly what we wanted! It was a perfect location, such a sweet spot and we enjoyed great food, nice long walks, tons of shopping and lots of laughs at night playing board games together. The linens were soft and pretty, the bedrooms have great natural light and a view of the water. Parking was super easy and convenient. We loved it there and hope to return. P-town really is magical! Thank you for sharing it with us.

Michael’s place was so cozy and close to absolutely everything in PTown. It felt very safe and secure and I would definitely visit again!

Great location -- from here, it's easy to walk everywhere in Provincetown. Just a block from Commercial Street, so it's very quiet at night while being close to everything you want to go to. I stayed here with my partner, but this would be a really good space if you have friends with you. Since the unit is divided, with a living room/tv/bathroom on bottom floor, people can stay up and talk and watch tv while not disturbing others who go to bed earlier. The bed was super comfortable, you can open the bedroom windows and feel the wind coming off the water. This space had everything that we needed -- iron, fan, laundry. Michael is very thoughtful in communicating and sent check-in instructions so I'd have them on my phone. I would stay here again! Also, there is some cool artwork.

Lovely, cozy place! Michael is a great communicator and his place is beautiful and comfortable. We had a great time.
