Del Mar was able to save our trip when we were in a bind! After needing to change our accommodation after an unpleasant experience in a different place on our first night, we were so pleased with this selection and being right on Commercial St.! Caroline from the Del Mar team was a superstar accommodating us for both check in and check out processes. Very clean and well maintained Condo. Offseason price was slightly high however all said and done we were extremely happy with the flexibility Del Mar offered us and as previously mentioned, the location can not be beat.
We rented the place during a major event. It is very close to most locations. It was not a problem for us, but as almost anywhere in PT you cannot park super close. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. And the hosts respond super fast. One thing that was not fully clear based on the pictures. The queen bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the access to the outdoor area is through that bedroom as well. So whoever stays in that room has the best room :-D. I would rent again.
Photos show exactly how it looked. The place was beautiful and very well maintained. The messages we did send to the host were answered timely and with very good detail. The place is a little hard to find as it is down an alley but people were very friendly and assisted us in finding it. The code worked perfectly to enter and the place was very well decorated and maintained. Will diffidently rent this perfect place again. Ty
This is a great place to stay in Ptown. Flat is clean and has a great location. Be mindful of the check out time: 9am. That was very inconvenient.
