We loved this place and the location! It was so clean, with beautiful views everywhere, and lovely, safe places to walk! We just loved the water views from every direction. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked. The only challenge was the lock was a little hard to work to get inside but Evolve was very responsive in helping us get in/figure it out. We will definitely come back to this place- we loved it!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. There was plenty of room for 3 couples and two dogs. We were there for Thanksgiving, and the kitchen had everything we needed - including enough high-quality matching dishes and glass wear for all of us (which is not always the case). The extra refrigerator upstairs helped too. The views were beautiful, and we spent a lot of time just sitting on the porch and taking it all in.

Everything about our stay was relaxing and peaceful. We traveled with 5 adults, 3 kids under 2 and a golden retriever. The house fit us all perfectly. We woke up and went right down to the water and spent the whole day there. We came in and ate lunch on the beautiful screened in porch. The water was calm, no seaweed, zero jellyfish and a refreshing temperature for a labor day trip. The listing mentioned no TV but it in fact does have a TV. It also has a Charcoal grill, washer and dryer that were missing off the listing. This house is the total package but will mention that it’s in a small harbor town. If you’re looking to explore the surrounding area this might not be the spot. If you want to hang out with friends and spend the day on the water, then this would be the perfect spot for you.

Great spot, beautiful house that was well set up for a short stay. And the host was helpful when we had any questions or issues. Loved it!
