Great place and location. Just few minutes walk to the nearby 7/11. Free parking at first come per serve basis but with options to pay in case full. Host is friendly and responsive. With netflix and wifi. Just areas of concern is the cleanliness of the unit. We arrived there late and we notice two big roaches in the kitchen utensils aside from small roaches roaming around the bathroom and kitchen. The host offered spray insecticed but a bit inconvinent and there are no dishwashing liquid and sponge so we can wash the dishes with roaches. This should be address asap. Other than that, its a perfect place for staycation.

I almost want to extend my stay on this unit. Worth the money,close to all tourist spots. Will definitely book again in the future.

I would say the place is okay and spacious for group of 7. The design is like a Japanese condo. Host is very responsive with my queries. Internet is terrible. The building management doesn’t give consideration to motorcycles. We have 4 motorcycles that can fill just 1 parking spot but they still won’t give it to us. They don’t have parking space specific for motorcycles so we have to squeeze our motorcycles in a tight spot. I won’t recommend the place because of the building management. I would give 5 stars to Host but 1 star for the building management because of the experience we had.

This place is fit for family of 6 to stay. I love the location. It has secured parking area and the unit is an end unit with plenty of windows. It’s not that walking distance to burnham park entrance specially for elderly, but getting a cab is easy and fare to nearby tourist attractions is cheap. The only down side is their kitchen appliance specifically rice cooker is not functioning well, its also a better if they have microwave oven so you an easily reheat take out food.
