We had an awesome stay at Frainge's place. It was really clean as advertised, and we had everything that we needed in the house. PLUS, the view from the balcony and roof deck was pristine. Frainge and Tox (caretaker) were very friendly and accommodating, too. Thank you so much! :)

Great place to stay for big groups! Very clean and private

Very cool host, who understands that guests needs rest and relaxation and not to be imposed with “out of this world’s policies”. You can read all the informations and policies clearly before booking in. Inside the house there are guidelines that are so easy to understand and do not sound like a law. The courteous caretaker guy met us and helped with our luggages, gave the keys with some final information and told us to enjoy the place. What we enjoyed most was the view, it’s superb!! Roof deck offers a 360 degree view of the surrounding so I took the chance to film it. I posted our photos and videos on FB and my friends asked me where the place is located in Baguio.. The house was immaculately clean, bathrooms were spotless with more clean towels, beds and pillows were good. We’re a family of nine and the house can accommodate up to 16pax, with 4 bedrooms. Thank you Frainge, my family and I enjoyed our 2 night stay. I highly recommend your place for a big group or a family.
