Sean was gewta and place was in a quiet covenient location close to city, views of downtown Charlotte from road. Sean was proactive in ordering a gate to help prevent my cats disappearing up the chimney. Quiet location and comfortable beds. recommend highly.

Thank you Sean for being such a wonderful host! I just moved from Minnesota and was waiting to get into my new home. I was so happy to have found this short term rental. So close to downtown, right next to a beautiful park with trails, and so many great restaurants nearby. Sean has been very accommodating and responsive throughout my stay. Thank you!!

This private house, with a large backyard and cutest interior can’t be beat. On top of the home itself, Sean could not have been a better host - I stayed at his rental for just a few weeks shy of an entire year while on assignment for my corporate job. Sean was quickly responsive, extremely helpful, kind and so professional. If you are in Charlotte for a quick or long trip, you cannot make a mistake by staying at this particular home - best location convenient to every section of Charlotte, and even a view of the skyline from your own front yard. Truly must book! Thank you, Sean for opening your home to me and being an amazing host.
