We had a wonderful week at the Garretts' home! The location was perfect for walking around Brunswick and the short drive out to Jekyll Island. Okefenokee Swamp is only a little over and hour's drive, and a boat tour is highly recommended! There are many great restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk, and the river/marina is across from the beautiful Veterans Park, which is right outside your front door. This is a great spot from which to watch beautiful sunsets across the river! The home was immaculately clean and matches the pictures. While it is very near the business district, the immediate area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Even the front bedroom was silent throughout the night. Having a washer and dryer, as well as ample off street parking, was appreciated. Contact with the host was easy, and responses were immediate. We actually enjoyed staying in this home in Brunswick more than we did staying in a condo on Jekyll Island! I highly recommend the Garretts' property!

Staying at The Pearl was absolutely what we needed for our trip to the Golden Isles. The house was comfortable, easy to find, had a fenced yard for our dog to explore and the neighbors were all friendly. The house is exactly as it is shown online and when we noticed an issue with the gate they asked when a good time would be to come fix the issue, we asked them to wait until we checked out and they did. I communicated with both hosts and both were great. You can easily stroll to downtown Brunswick for dining, shopping, enjoying a drink, or simply to enjoy the surroundings in about 10 minutes, depending on where you go. We will definitely stay here again.

The Pearl was beautiful with great amenities and very clean. The park across the road was nice. The Garrett’s were amazing hosts. Very responsive and helpful.
