Tim's place is all about the views which are totally outstanding. We were blessed with some amazing weather which made the location even more special. It was fantastic to be able to walk on the coast path straight from the property. We didn't use our vehicle during the 4 day stay because everything we wanted to do was walkable. It made a great short break for us. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woolacombe. The house was in a beautiful location with uninterrupted views of the sea. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious, and we were provided with all the essentials for an enjoyable stay. We also had a safe place on site for our car, a rare find. Tim was only a call away if we needed any help or advice. We would highly recommend this property.

Tim’s place is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The views are amazing the photos really don’t do it justice. The property is within a couple of minutes walk from the coastal path, where you can walk to Morte Point and sea the seals on the rocks. The property has everything you need and very cosy especially when you use the log burner. Great restaurants in the centre which is about a 20 minute walk, with lovely views all the way. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful location and wonderful walks direct from the cottage. Views are stunning and it really does feel like you are completely secluded. Parkrun on Sat am is great fun too!

The 'Rattles' was very nice and as advertised. We made the most out of the stunning views. It was such a treat to gaze out to the sea over breakfast or from the very comfy sofa with a cup of tea. The log burner made it extra cozy. Great location. We really liked the privacy and tranquility of the place but at the same time having Mortehoe Village and Woolacombe just a short stroll away. There are some lovely walks nearby. It's worth a visit any time of the year. We came in February. The weather turned soon after our arrival which didn't bother us at all. It just added to the atmosphere. If it was a bit too wet outside, we just admired the views from the inside. We loved being able to just pop out for a short walk around Morte Point and to explore beaches nearby. The property was very clean, modern, spacious and had all the mod cons. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped. The host was very responsive and gave us helpful instructions. We'd definitely visit again.
