Our humble abode is a stop for those looking for a break from the cacophony of life and enjoy a slice of peace in nature We are jam-makers who moved our lives from Singapore to the mountains & have opened up our home for you to get a relaxing slice of life in the hills. Our home is very welcoming with a big terrace to relax, admire the view of the Himalayas and the Sutlej, read a book, chat and soak in the beautiful environment. Ours is an eco-friendly home that generates its own solar power, saves rainwater, we grow some seasonal vegetables in our garden and we make delicious coffee and cake that you can have with our delicious fruit preserves. We have a library that caters to everyone with more options for Sci-Fi and history readers. Sarogawoods has a small gym if you want to indulge yourself. Our two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one of the rooms has an enclosed balcony; other amenities include: -Fiber internet -Underfloor heating in the bedrooms -Electrical under blankets for beds -Geysers in both bathrooms -Solar power and a generator backup for electricity -Library -Gymnasium -Indoor board games Use of all common areas like the lounge, terrace, vegetable garden, kitchen.
