This property is located on highway 34. You will see other cabins, cottages, and homes in the area, mostly by the river.
You will be also directly by the river! How wonderful. Pine trees, wild bunnies, the soft stream of the river, birds chirping.
The outdoors are wonderful. Imagine having a breakfast you just prepared in the cabin, at the dining table by the river, with a hot cup of coffee - on us! Tranquility! Enjoy the peace.

You are just minutes away from our famous Rocky Mountain National Park gateway - beautiful Estes Park. Leaving the property you will turn to the left and follow HWY 34 toward Estes Park.
Within a few minutes you will see our local dam, the mountains on the west, and as you drive down into town you will get the best view! On your right you can get to Safeway, Domino's, True Value,
Bart's Liqour Store, some of the best breakfast spots (MTN Home Cafe and Notchtop Cafe). If you keep driving into town, you will see our newly built Starbucks, right across is our only McDonalds,
but don't forget to visit the Chocolate Factory right by it, and You Need Pie! is one of our go-to spots for dessert! Right across from McDonalds is the Visitor Center, here you can learn the most about the town, and the park!
The visitor center has public restrooms, water fountain, and flyers, menus galore! Pick up some of them to help you direct around town! And once you're outside - take a short walk around the river, and if you continue east,
you will be walking right beside the Estes Park Lake, and once you reach the Marina, you can rent kayaks, paddle boats and much more! One of the best views is right out from the Dunraven, it's located directly by the lake,
you cannot miss out on it! But let's keep going into town! We have leather stores, juice parlors, late night bars - The Wheel being the most visited! Check out some of the privately owned restaurants as you keep going!
How about some Mountain Blown Glass! Prepared in house - take one with you! If you turn left in the center of downtown, you should check out our one and only TRAM-WAY, that takes you up the mountain,
where you can view the entire town from up high! Although, if you keep going down Moraine Ave, you can enjoy a sandwich or a cup of coffee at the Coffee On The Rocks!
They have a lake, and countless mallards, ducks. YMCA isn't too far either, just follow CO-66. However the entrance to RMNP is just before that! Have fun!
