The condo is fabulous for a small group of friends or couples. The location is perfect: super short walk to the town lift and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. We enjoyed the communal pool and hot tub during apres each day, and we slept well at night (it's dark / quiet.) Great value for the price; would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent time in Telluride and this condo is the perfect place to stay. Everything is within walking distance or you can take the free shuttle. The shuttle pick up is a short walk from the condo and runs every 15 minutes. The condo comes with ski locker access which is wonderful for your ski gear. The condo itself is fantastic! The kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware, appliances, and essentials in pantry. Bedrooms offer lots of extras including blankets, fans, baby gates, and pack and play which is nice if you travel with little ones. The view from the den overlooks lift 7 and the mountain. It is absolutely stunning. Great place to watch the sunrise each morning with a cup of coffee. Kristin was the perfect host. 5 stars ⭐️ She was quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating. We highly recommend this condo! We will definitely be back.

Kristin’s place was AMAZING! Location was fantastic. The photo’s were as advertised and the host was very responsive with any questions/recommendations. We will be back next year!
