Vance’s guesthouse exceeded my expectations. He’s such a great, welcoming host! The place is exactly how it’s pictured…lots of space and bright light. I struggled with finding lodging that had everything I wanted while on a travel assignment and luckily found this gem. It has everything you need and more! You have privacy and quietness but yet close to the freeway, so it’s a perfect location. From the super comfortable mattress, great in-ceiling speakers, youtube tv, to top of the line kitchen and laundry appliances, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Corpus! I could go on and on but so thankful I have had such a smooth, hassle-free stay and would recommend staying at any of Vance’s rentals!
