Fantastic place. Clean and tidy. House feels new and very comfy. Kids playroom is great! House is located in a small community with friendly neighbors. Great for families! We visited late march, nice 70-80 F degrees. Pool was little bit cold for our 1yr old baby. That would be my only complaint about this place. Hosts made it easy. Friendly, attentive and responsive!

Maier, was a very good host. He was very accommodating. His place was well stocked from kitchen appliances to beach supplies (towels and chairs). The washer and dryer came in handy toward the end of the trip. The Airbnb was located close to I 95 when traveling to other areas such as Delray and Deerfield for great restaurants. Publix and Walmart we're close for grocery shopping. The beach was only a 20 minute drive. The neighborhood had good walking paths and a golf course minutes away. The updated decor and furnishings created a nice and comforting atmosphere.
