This beachfront ground floor Villa with patio pergola has views of the beach and over-looking the pool area. It is a uniquely fully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath villa apartment over looking the picturesque Playa Caracol coast with ocean front and majestic mountain views. Playa Caracol is located on a the beach of Chame and is a newly developed area with expansion for the property and amenities. 1km of beach to offer you the best beach experience around. Each Villa unit is equipped with all appliances and elegant comforts for an unforgettable beach experience. The unit comprises of two well sized bedrooms, the master bedroom has a TV and cable connection. The guest bedroom has bunk beds and place for 2 additional people. Each bedroom has sufficient closet space. The dinning room and lounge open on to a balcony with outside furniture.

We were at Playa Caracol for 5.5 weeks. We stayed in C3-PBA for the first 4 weeks and were disappointed. You can read my review. This unit was great and so much like the one we rented last year but was unavailable. Extremely well stocked in terms of kitchen needs etc. Perfect for long stay. Definitely recommend Gareth but each unit can be different so a bit of challenge there. Other things to know in general depending on what you're looking for is that weekends are very busy. You feel like you are the only ones there during the week and then the weekends become party time. The villas have 3 small pools and if all four villas that share a pool are full you can expect at least 20 people in a pool, 2 competing stereo systems and lots of activity. This was apparent last year but the resort has developed significantly and has become very popular. It's still a great place but it's important to know what to expect.
