A great place! Close to major amenities yet private and close to nature (backs to a waterfall)! Very clean. Great value. Would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was cozy and charming. It was well appointed and had everything I could need. It is conveniently located and in walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Beautiful surroundings and you can enjoy the sounds of a waterfall. Great parking. Ryan and Conor were very responsive and when I noted a lock was a little sticky they came and fixed it very quickly. I would stay again.

The apartment was comfortable and private, and the host was prompt, responsive, and flexible. Location was very close to downtown and to Cornell campus. No negative issues arose during our stay. Overall we had a great time and would return back. Thanks Ryan and Conor!
