This is a lovely home with great views from the living room, kitchen and deck. Everything was exactly as pictured. All appliances functioned properly but we couldn't find the crockpot. The electric fireplace was a little tricky to get started but once we figured it out it was fine. We did have to go buy a broom because there wasn't one on site and we didn't think to bring one. Other than that, our family had a great time getting together for the Christmas holiday in this home. We also loved that it was pet friendly so our pets were able to spend the holiday with us.

Okay - the owners deserve kudos for a beautiful cabin. However Evolve's management style seems to be "hands-off". Per instructions, I sent an email to (redacted by Evolve) and never heard back to this day. Reaching out to Evolve, I got a message from Selina, who couldn't help me, and told me to contact Kristen - the unresponsive one. The main issues were: only two bath towels in the master (one clean and one dirty), and no handtowels or wash cloths. The instructions were unclear as to heating and air. There was a wall furnace and a thermostat, apparently shut off. There was a Nest thermostat in the downstairs hallway, but locked with a password. We were able to figure out the Innovator system by ourselves. Evolve just needs to spend a little time claifying instructions and passcodes. The welcome instructions are not adequate. In fact, the book says "welcome to 19301 Yellowstone" when the actual address is 13901 Yellowstone. Despite Evolve, the cabin is good.

Beautiful views but several broken things like outlets, toilet clogged and had to drive 10 minutes to throw out the trash
