I did an extended stay (few months) with Katy and had a great experience. The setup of the house allows ample privacy despite being shared with other renters. Katy was always extremely responsive and helpful when I had a question or needed something during my stay. I definitely recommend this rental to anyone who needs an affordable room in this area!
