Absolutely lovely flat in a nice Burlington neighborhood. Kelly, who lives upstairs, was very helpful with her messaging about street parking stuff, which really helped.

We had such a lovely stay here and would absolutely book again! Kelly's place is incredibly charming and in the perfect location -- to your right, the gorgeous waterfront, and to your left, an easy walk downtown. We arrived in Burlington after a long drive, and the first thing we saw when we walked into the apartment was an array of local snacks that Kelly had left out for us. I would have shed a tear of joy, but I was too busy inhaling a block of Vermont cheddar cheese. My partner and I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly and the famously friendly dog Biggie, which was the cherry on top of a great weekend. Thank you for having us!!

Kelly was responsive, friendly and engaged. She earns her super host rating. The apartment was immaculately clean, if anything looking better than the photographs, and very well equipped: plenty of dishes, pots and pans, coffee, extra towels, plus washer and dryer, clear instructions, recommended local resources and more. The master bedroom bed is a little on the soft side, though I found it comfortable; my wife wanted a little firmer bed but slept well. The second bedroom bed is more on the firm side, so there you have your choice. I offered Kelly some suggestions to make the stay even better, mostly secondary amenities, and she thought our suggestions good. We all felt very comfortable here and I would look forward to staying here again.
