Check in/check out were very easy and the location was very centrally located. It was also nice to have plenty of off street parking, but keep in mind cars are in a line so one has to pull out to let the other or others out. Also the only entrance from the house to the yard is through one of the bedrooms. However the smell in the house was overwhelming and noticeable to each guest as they walked in. It had a musty/moldy and smell as if dogs had had accidents in the house that were cleaned up. For some reason it was particularly overwhelming in the bathroom after showers and also in the kitchen. Posted above the kitchen stove was a sign that said no cooking curry or fish which is something that I had not seen at an Airbnb before and would have liked to have known beforehand, maybe it was in a picture that I missed on the listing. It was surprising to have the sign prohibiting cooking these items because of the smell when the property has such a prominent smell for other reasons.

William and Adels's home is well located close to the Interstate, and to the airport. It was very clean, with a fully equiped kitchen, plus a binder with instructions on how to use the TV's, and suggestions on different restaurants. The backyard, although small , is totally fenced , which is good for pups. It is quiet, the area is safe, and we enjoyed our stay.

We are so thankful that William and Adela held our reservation for nearly TWO years so that we could come to Burlington and view the solar eclipse. Our entire eclipse experience was perfect, including our stay at their lovely house. We look forward to coming back sometime!

We had a weather delay due to a snowstorm. Being in our 70's coming from NYS to VT we could not drive in the bad weather. We asked for a refund or a credit for another time. Was refused. Got there finally on Friday, was able to get in a couple hours earlier but not worth what I paid the the night before. The place is cute. Near where we had to be. The small bedroom bed was very comfortable but the larger bedroom bed according to my daughter and SIL the bed was uncomfortable and made lots of noise every time one or the other moved. So their sleep was not great. My daughter went to take a shower and the handle fell off the wall. My SIL was able to get it back on.

Overall the place was as describe and all we needed - a clean, comfortable place to sleep. The location is convenient, close to lots. We are frequent visitors to Burlington and this was our first time staying in an airbnb rather than a hotel. If available on our next visit, we would stay here again.
