We really enjoyed our stay here for the eclipse! The yard was peaceful and clean, and we enjoyed spending time inside and out. The beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient - just a 10 minute drive into downtown. We loved watching the planes at the airport and were happily not bothered by noise - the best of both worlds! Joseph is a responsive and friendly host.

Joseph’s house is a modest raised ranch in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen had more than enough cookware to prepare basic meals. The only time we noticed we were by the airport was when the visiting Air Force squadron was doing some training around sunset. Having a dedicated work space was a big attraction for us, and it was a nice base of operations for exploring the area around Burlington.
