Lovely home and great for our family of 14 for the wedding we were attending this weekend. Very comfortable and roomy. The one day we didn’t have rain we did utilize the hot tub which was a hit for everyone! The only “negative” was we couldn’t find extra trash bags/paper towels. So nothing major and definitely worth the trip if looking for a quiet place near Branson.

My wife and I enjoyed our getaway here for her birthday - very private and calm atmosphere; we especially liked the hot tub. Good amount of space for a larger group. The pool table was very sturdy. Did not have a good experience with communication, the few simple questions I had were answered by a third party which was slow to respond, and they said they had to ask the property owner because they didn’t know. There were quite a few ladybugs in the place which was a bit disconcerting. No sugar or creamer for the coffee. The washing machine left our clothes smelling terrible, and we had to re-wash them elsewhere. No lights on anywhere when we arrived after dark, which was alarming and dangerous.

This place is beautiful the inside is amazing but they do have a wasp infestation front and back porch inside guttering and nats in kitchen that kept landing on the food we were preparing. In order to reach somone you have to text a local i think but they daid wasp spray was at house it wasnt so i had to buy my own. I am not confrontational person and hated having to even ask. Again the place is really spacious and a great find i just wish they would have handled the bug issues so we could go out back without having to run and slam door same with front.
