I love that you can do self check-in as it makes it easier for you to manage your time and gives flexibility as well. The surrounding is so peaceful and quiet, which makes it an ideal place to relax. Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

This was our second stay at this location in TMC this year. As always the host was great and the location is ideal for our daily commute to Cavite as it only a ten minute drive away. The location is also great because of the proximity to SM Mall. Worked out great for Holliday shopping and getting into the local markets. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at this hosts location in the future. Thank you for helping to make our family holiday a great memory.

This place was amazing starting with the location, very clean and updated with many smart home devices . It had a private access to the SM Mall, with guards placed at all gates. We felt safe coming and going at any hour of the day and night. The location was just a short drive away from family and friends. Lots to do in this area with restaurants and local markets adjacent. There is a school located just across the street during the week you can see school children coming and going with makes this area very active, but not overly crowded. We loved the private community with access to swimming pool and playgrounds. A family atmosphere with street foods and amenities for all. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Straight forward, plain and simple. The entire 'Residences' itself is new so it seems like you have the entire place for your self, which is exactly what we wanted. It is right beside SM. What I was iffy about was the fee - 150 per head - for the pool and that we have to decide when we wanted to use it before we can even check in, separate payments too if you wanted to use it on separate days.
