My roommate and I stayed 3 months during a semester at school. Shanda was very friendly and everything was as listed. We stayed in the 3rd floor where we had a private bathroom which as nice. The kitchen was shared with others which was alright. None of the other guests took any of our food and we’re respectful when we ran into them. The place was in a very convenient area as we were easily able to commute to school and it is close to I-95 which was nice. The only thing was the road the house is on was fairly noisy but we got use to it after a few days.

Shanda is VERY responsive, and very polite. There was a minor mixup with entry, and she made it a point to drive over and help me out. The situation could have gone south really quickly, but her bright and cheerful attitude made it a non-issue. She then proceeded to ensure I was comfortable with all keypads and lights throughout. I was on the third floor, and thoroughly enjoyed being secluded for my two days. The place was as described, fully equipped and clean. I will certainly book here again if I need a place to crash for the weekend. There were two air conditioning units and two fans, which may be of importance to some. I tend to run cold, and did not use them very much. I was always comfortable with the water pressure, water temperature and room temperature. Although there were other guests, we never ran into each other. The patio is a nice addition to relax and watch passersbys or the sunrise/set. Thank you for sharing your home, Shanda!
