We needed to book a last minute, dog friendly stay and were pleased to find this location near the beaches we wished to visit. The inn is partnered with a neighboring hotel and we had to first pick up the key there. Checking in and checking out was very easy, hotel staff was welcoming and the location was easy to find. Full kitchen was a plus but we never used anything other than the fridge. Hotel staff mentioned the inn was under 24-hour surveillance as well so we felt safe. What we were not thrilled about was the inn's presentation. There was a general smoke odor upon entering as well as a "old funk". There were stains throughout (water damage, carpet, etc.), the bedroom sheets were clean but worn and the shower water was warmish (not hot). It was clear to us the inn is in need of renovations. For a last minute trip, our needs were met. The quality of our stay however, did not match the price we paid.

Pretty much correlated exactly to the description. No complaints. Got exactly what I expected.
