We absolutely loved this trip and this location. there's a great rec center with all sorts of great activities from racquetball to basetball, volleyball, pickleball and swimming as well as everything you need to work out. Fun family activities and crafts at the activity center too. As far as Anna's location, it was beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed. Beds were super comfy, including the sofa bed! The whole place was beautiful and well decorated. There was a heating issue the first day but the resort came right away and fixed it immediately. Also we had a wait on check in because the resort couldn't find my registration. Apparently, it was because my name didn't get registered with the resort, but Anna was quick to answer and get it resolved. it truly was a five-star stay with what would we see as inevitable setbacks that were fixed so fast it didn't cause a problem! thanks anna.
