Sammy’s place was used whilst on hospital placement. It was a fantastic location, only being a 20 minute walking commute and close to all the amenities in Lincoln. Parking was challenging during rush hour times and evenings on the road outside the house, but day times on weekends was alright. The house inside was exactly as described. A little bit of upkeep needed, but well decorated and homely. Only one bathroom, which was downstairs, but to be expected for a town house like this and it was sizeable. Neighbour noise in the mornings and late night sometimes, but again, to be expected in a city location. Overall, Sammy was very responsive with our queries and helped us adequately throughout our 3 week stay.

Sammy’s house it’s lovely and spotless. As advertised. Walking distance to lovely takeaways and lovely pubs the other way towards the cathedral. New year was lovely Lincoln. Would recommend Sammys house.

Great host, quick response and clear instructions. Had a great Christmas and having the Xmas tree up made a great addition and something we didn’t expect. My daughter loved it! Lovely sized house although some minor works needed. Would stay again.
