Booked two nights for our daughters graduation. Really pleased with the booking. I wish we had found this place sooner, of all the places we've stayed in Lincoln over the years. This had by far the best standed of cleanliness and really felt home from home.

Thank you so much for the great stay in your lovely home. Spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly need and some extras. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Really good information pack. Towels were a good size, the bathroom was spotless and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfy and each room had plenty of plug sockets. Nice secure garden if you bring a pet. The kitchen has everything you need and it's easy to find. Came to visit my daughter at uni, this is an ideal central location and the off road parking is excellent. Will definitely use again.

A really nice, comfortable, clean house with everything we needed, and some nice welcome presents. Very convenient for the city centre and we would stay again.

Our stay was amazing, gorgeous house in a perfect location. When I contacted Tara she got back to me very quickly and always very helpful and friendly. Everything about the house was like from home.....especially the kingsize bed. It was located in a very quiet cul de sac but walking distance of everything you could need, fantastic bars and restaurants.
