From the moment I arrived until my departure, my experience was nothing but delightful. The Surfrider room is super well-equipped! The double size bed, semi walk-in closet, and dedicated workspace provided a comfortable and functional space. The shared kitchen is super well equipped and the common areas nice and wide. What sets this accommodation apart is not just the physical space but the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the hosts. Xang and Ricky were always super available. And on site, Dong, Roy and James always made me feel part of the Malibu family with their warm hospitality and genuine concern. In conclusion, I would gladly return to Malibu, not just for the charming accommodation but for the wonderful hosts who made it feel like a home away from home.

Malibu literally feels like home as everyone said. The space was neat and perfect just like the picture, they even have a walk-in closet to store all of my surfing gear. Ryan and Xang treated me like family from the beginning and I could not ask for better hosts. I came to Siargao to learn how to surf and Ryan arranged all of my surfing lessons and even had me spending lots of time with him and his dedicated team of coaches and instructors to get to where I am with my surfing. Xang’s cooked meals are by far the best I had, surely all the guest in the house can agree. Overall I’ll be forever grateful to have found this gem of a place, plenty of memorable experience to take back with me. Thank you. I’m definitely coming back next year!

I had the best stay here. The space is clean and spacious and it’s close to anywhere you need to go. Ryan was so helpful with planning activities and the wonderful guests staying next to me were an added bonus. I felt so welcome. I hope to come back!

Had a really pleasant stay at Ryan's! He reached out before my stay to make sure I had everything I needed to arrive & to plan out any other extra accommodations (airport transfer, bike rental, surf lessons, tours). The listing was as described & felt right at home. There are additional communal areas for the whole home that were nice to have & it was fun meeting the other guests. Everyone was really friendly. I spent the first couple of days getting to restaurants/shops by walking or trikes but ended up renting a scooter which I highly recommend. There is a sari sari store across the street from the Airbnb in case you want any snacks or are missing any toiletries. Would love to stay here again next time I'm in Siargao!
